AWARDED FOR OUTSTANDING CONTRIBUTION
The annual celebration of all things hospitality, the Australian Hotels Association Awards for Excellence, were held on Monday, 7th November at Crown Ballroom. An event that the industry looks forward to each and every year, giving hospitality staff a well earned night of enjoyment and acknowledgement of their hard work.
Our wonderful Restaurant Manager at Tonic + Ginger, Jenny Purdy, was recognised for her leadership and customer service being awarded the Excellence in Service accolade for her outstanding contribution to making our restaurant what it is.
Having taken out Australia’s Best Restaurant at the 2021 National AHA Awards for Excellence, Tonic + Ginger has achieved so much with Jenny at the helm and we couldn’t be more proud.
