Our very talented Bar Manager Guillaume Bossuet, came home with the win as he shook up his creation – the Père Julio and was crowned WA’S BEST COCKTAIL in the AHA WA 2024 Best Cocktail Competition! 🏆
Guy’s passion for his craft was displayed as he presented centre stage at Crown Perth and did the whole team at The Old Synagogue proud. He took the audience through the inspiration behind his cocktail, which was based on a fusion of honouring his French origins and nodding to the fresh produce available here in WA!
