Tonic & Ginger is a modern south-east Asian restaurant set over three levels. Nokturnl’s Executive Chef Leigh Power has teamed up with Head Chef Ludo Mulot to take guests on a culinary journey of flavour and colour.
Leigh Power is an acclaimed chef out of Melbourne and his extensive resume includes being Head Chef at Melbourne’s well known ‘Ginger Boy’. Ludo Mulot has an incredible resume behind him that covers acclaimed restaurants all over the world. More recently he has come to us as the former Head Chef at Rockpool.
Together these two are producing incredibly popular menus at Tonic & Ginger.
Restaurant Manager, Jenny Purdy, heads a great front of house team that will make any special occasion one to remember. From date nights to birthdays and everything in between.
